By using Nurbak Watch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Acceptable Use

You may only configure Nurbak Watch to monitor APIs you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You may not use the service to probe third-party systems without authorization, to bypass access controls, or to facilitate any unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability

Nurbak Watch is provided 'as is'. We strive for high availability and will publish incident reports for material outages, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from monitoring gaps, missed alerts, or downstream business impact.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We may suspend accounts in violation of these terms or applicable law and will export your historical metrics on written request within a reasonable period.
