Nurbak Watch is built to monitor your APIs while collecting as little as possible about you and your users.
Information We Collect
Account data (name, email, billing details), the URLs and endpoints you ask us to monitor, the API keys you encrypt and supply for authenticated checks, and operational telemetry (status codes, response timing, error rates) emitted by the @nurbak/watch agent. We do not collect API response bodies, end-user identifiers, or PII about people calling your APIs.
How We Use Information
We use this data strictly to run the monitoring service: executing health checks, computing latency and uptime metrics, delivering alerts, and supporting your account. We do not sell, rent, or share monitoring data with third parties.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Customer credentials used for authenticated probes are wrapped with KMS envelope encryption and never logged in plaintext.
