Data Controller vs. Processor

You are the Data Controller for the operational data you send us (URLs, endpoints, API keys for authenticated checks, monitoring telemetry). Nurbak Watch acts as a Data Processor and processes that data only to provide the service.

Your Rights

You can access, rectify, export, or erase your account and monitoring data at any time from the dashboard. Erasure removes detailed metrics on request and on a scheduled retention cadence.

International Transfers

Customer data is stored in the EU by default. Team plan customers can pin storage to EU, US, or both. Cross-region transfers, when applicable, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
